I'm so excited to finally start editing my suspense film. After days of hard work, it's time to see everything come together. I've got my popcorn and coffee ready for a long editing session. For my editing I chose to use cap cut. I was already very familiar with the site and I didn't want to waste time. The first thing I did was watch all the footage and choose the best takes. It's amazing to see how the acting brought the characters to life. I'm also impressed by the work of the recording and the sound we accomplished. The music score is fantastic and it adds so much to the atmosphere. This editing software is my new best friend. It's so easy to cut, trim, and rearrange the clips. I'm also experimenting with different visual effects and transitions. It's so satisfying to see a rough cut turn into a polished sequence. I'm paying attention to pacing, rhythm, and tension. I want the audience to be on the edge of their seats. I'm also refining the sound design and adding Foley effects. The sound of footsteps, doors closing, and breathing can make a big difference. I'm watching the film over and over again, looking for any inconsistencies or mistakes. Overall todays session worked out pretty good, and it was a great start for the editing. THANK YOU FOR READING.
