Props: Me and my group decided to do Lose Yourself by Eminem. In our production we’ll bring things like slime which will be used to imitate Vomit. A microphone to replicate the rapping portions. Things like that will make the filming more realistic and entertaining.


Costumes: In the Video, we'll all be collectively dressed up and will collectively act. We'll bring sweater, rap-like clothing including long shorts and long sleeves. We’ll also appear as slightly sweaty, to look nervous. We’ll hopefully try to imitate Eminem’s unique clothing style as best as possible.


Schedule:

Date: 11/18/22 - On this day, me and my group plan to research the genre of the Eminem video and its overall meaning.

Date: 11/18/22 - On 11/19/22, my group will start to figure out our props, and set and how we will put it all together in our video.

Date: 11/28/22 - This day, me and my group will attempt to create the storyboard for our video.

Date: 11/30/22 - On 11/30/22 me and my team will start to film our video at a local park and will later add the final touches and edits.


Locations/Settings:

Me and my groups main location will be on Sunrise park. It will be based of a main rapper, which is nervous to rap for a public. After some mental training he goes out and starts rapping. The other location, will also be a public toilet where we’ll film the main rapper having a mental breakdown. As we film, it will focus on the main character developing and becoming strong minded. This will help establish a correlation between the lyrics and the main characters mood, and actions overall helping the audience interpret the lyrics.


Backup Plan: If the weather is not good, me and my group plan to create our own alternate setting. This setting could be like cardboard cut in to a park like structure. Then there will be an alternate background that appears to look as outdoors to film our video. My group and I will the. Follow our normal plan and dance in the stadium of the park. Even might go to our bathroom for the toilet scene. Hopefully this plan works out.

I was born in the United States of America, but when I was two years of age my family and I moved to Argentina in 2009. Of course, my parents grew up there and after we moved there, we stayed for approximately 6 years. The reason we had to move out is because since 2016 Argentina has been having an economic crisis. After we got back to the US, I had to start school in 4th grade with no knowledge of English whatsoever. Short film research: Oracle/Thriller

a. Common Sounds: Suspenseful Score: Orchestral strings, eerie pianos, building crescendos, sudden silences. Diegetic Sounds: Footsteps, creaking floorboards, dripping water, car engines, tense breathing, whispers. Sound Effects: Sharp stings, glass shattering, phone ringing, doors slamming, mechanical whirring. b. Storyboard: The lull

Scene 1: Establishing shot of the street with the name of the studio in the skyline. Scene 2: Shot of missing posters and the name of production company is shown on one of the missing posters. Scene 3: Shot of sidewalk then reporter comes in frame walking and actors names are being displayed  Scene 4: Reporter enters a building, which is their job. Medium long shot is used and film name appears on wall as person walks by.  Scene 5: Reporter walks into job saying "hi" to co-workers. Music and edited by appear on screen  Scene 6: Reporter walks to his office/cubicle and sets himself up.
